No chance for peace deal?

According to Press TV, Joseph Kony has "ruled out" signing a peace agreement with the Ugandan government. Kony, the leader of the Lord's Resistance Army, fears being arrested by the International Criminal Court and also added that he does not trust President Museveni to honor his part of the agreement.
